My Nutrisystem Weight Loss Journey: Week 2 #NSNation #spon

So I have completed week 2 on my Nutrisystem Success program! Last week, my goal was to work out every day and while I did not meet that goal to perfection, I worked out 4 days last week and felt great about it! Next week, I am still making it my goal to get a workout into my daily schedule.. With 3 kids it sure is difficult to make time! But with this being so important to me, I really need to make the time!

My favorite foods this week have been the Margherita Pizza, the Red Velvet Whoopie Pie (YUM!) and the Maple Brown Sugar Oatmeal! I am still blown away be each of the menu items and that they have all been so delicious and flavorful. My biggest learning curve has been the portion sizes. I am used to eating so much more than I should have and it has been wonderful to see just what I should be eating!

My weight loss journey:

Week 1: -1.4 lbs

Week 2: -1.4 lbs

Starting weight: 175 lbs

Current weight: 172.2 lbs

Total loss so far: 2.8 lbs

I feel like my weight loss is coming along slowly but in reality, it is normal for people on Nutrisystem to lose 1-2 pounds per week so I am right on track. My long-term goal of 140 seems overwhelming but I also learned that I need to set smaller, reachable goals before then! Slow and steady wins the race, right?! :)
