My Nutrisystem Weight Loss Journey: Week 4 #NSNation #spon

I cannot believe that I have just completed my 1st month of the Nutrisystem Success program! I am quite a bit late on my week 4 update since going to Seattle with my Hubs and baby girl and coming home to sick boys.. But now I am back and have a bit to catch up on..

I knew that when I was on vacation, it was going to be difficult for me to refrain but from all the delicious Seattle foods but to say that I ate too much is a huge understatement! I was really nervous to step on the scale when I got home, half expecting to have gained a couple pounds. Thankfully, I actually had a loss! I honestly don’t know how that happened.. Just take a peek at some of my favorite foods from the trip:

I’m guessing that the fact that we walked a lot helped with my loss. I seriously ate a ton, even though I went over thinking I’d try to stick with the portion control I am learning while on Nutrisystem. It is really hard to stay strong out in the real world, especially while on vacation! Thank goodness for my perfectly portioned, ready-made meals at home that take all the guesswork and stress out of eating and losing weight! :)

My weight loss journey:

Week 1: -1.4 lbs

Week 2: -1.4 lbs

Week 3: -1.2 lbs

Week 4: -.8 lbs

Starting weight: 175 lbs

Current weight: 170.2 lbs

Total loss so far: 4.8 lbs!
